Shamanic Breath Work Process, Cedar falls, Iowa, 2012

Shamanic Breathwork Process Workshop
Deblyn Russell and Stephanie Schwinn will be facilitating 2 days of Shamanic Breath Work Process, on Saturday, September 22 and October 20, at the Unitarian Universalist Society, 3912 Cedar Heights Dr., in Cedar Falls, from 9:30 p.m. til 5:30 p.m.
Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful approach to self-exploration and healing. The process itself uses simple means.... it combines ritual, and meditation, with deep, cyclical breathing, chakra tuned music, art integration, scribing and group processing. In this process, each person uses their own breath and the music to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness, that is organic, drug and alcohol free. This state activates the natural inner healing process of  the individual's psyche, bringing him or her, a unique set of internal experiences, images, colors, symbols, guides, etc., with the individuals inner healing intelligence guiding the process.
Cost per event, is $100 per person, sign up with a friend and get $25 off each registration or sign up for both workshops and get the $75 special on each workshop! Space is limited so pre-registration is suggested. For more information or to register, call Deblyn Russell at 319-939-2789 (email: deblynzart@cfu.net)  or Stephanie Schwinn at 319-504-6060.
